TRAINER
Taylor Burch started her fitness journey in High School after years of struggling with her own weight and seeing the effect that obesity had on her family’s health throughout her life. After losing 70 pounds of her own, she wanted to pursue a field that would allow her to continue to stay active as well as learn how to help others reach their goals. In 2015 she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Psychology at Truman State University. Since then, she has been living out her passion as a Personal Trainer and Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Francis Howell High School. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and enjoys working with clientele from all backgrounds and experience levels, including special needs populations and athletes of all ages. She plans to enroll in a Masters program in the upcoming year and is looking forward to continuing her education even further under the apprenticeship of Kim Wallis, CSCS, NLC.
