KIM WALLIS, CSCS, NLC, FOUNDER OF PILATES4PROS, LLC
Kim Wallis began creating preventative programs to meet the physical demands of the professional athlete after much experience rehabilitating injured athletes. She has developed specialized in-season and off-season protocols that include core conditioning, customized warm ups and stretching routines as well as corrective exercise. Kim works in conjunction with various professionals including strength coaches, athletic trainers, medical staff and sports agents. Each athlete’s program is tailored to the unique demands of their sport, position and schedule. Kim’s clients include professional sports teams, NHL, NFL, MLB players and Olympians.
Kim has been working with elite athletes for over 16 years. She received her Pilates certification through Core Dynamics Pilates in Santa Fe, New Mexico and has studied under renowned master instructors in New York, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. Kim is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, educated in Kettlebell, TRX, Gray Institute Applied Functional Science, Spinning and Jock Yoga®. She studied nutrition under Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN and is a Nutritious Life ambassador.
Originally from Chicago, Kim graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, and enjoyed city life in both Chicago and New York before settling in St. Louis. Kim was a Series 7 licensed financial professional and worked at The Chicago Board of Trade, as an institutional trader for foreign banks and in high net worth asset management. As a dancer and a runner, she was always drawn to fitness and found her true calling when she moved to St. Louis 17 years ago and began training athletes.
